I heard that David won’t leave until 2010, so I think:

David/10th Doctor can’t leave. He’s so sezy and hot, i don’t want him to leave. ever.
For Season 5, Head Writer will be replaced by Steven Moffat.
And we don’t know if Russell T Davies will return to write for any of Doctor Who episodes. If he does he is one of the best writers for DW. If not I think that The Stolen Earth and The Journeys End Are the best episodes that he had written, By far he had out done himself and went out with a bang..Russell T Davies youre the best and were going to miss you as Head Writer.
For all of you, I do believe Donna brings the “Purifying Water” to the doctor, and as such, it revives him. She received the water on the shadow proclamation if you do not remember.
